The fact that it keeps you guessing and trying to understand it, to me its like a lifelong journey of reading that type of ocean that always keeps us interested in the type of wave could come in out there.

What would a Vans Pipe Masters title mean to you?

That title is pretty much the pinnacle of what you looked up to in surfing as a grom, so it would insane and its just crazy to be apart of it honestly.

Is there an advantage to being a goofy or regular footer at Pipeline?

I think when its big and proper pipe its sick to be goofy, you can take off a little deeper and draw a pretty sick line. But when its smaller and more rights backdoor is definitely a lot easier to read as a regular footer.

We want you to remix an old classic. What turn do you best think suits the wave?

Not sure Ive ever tried much of a turn out there haha so I couldnt tell you, hopefully something comes to me when Im pumping down the line :)
